"What can you tell me about fondant?"
Wedding cakes are much different than any other cake you may have had for an event. Typically they sit out for 3 - 5 hours before the ceremonial "cake-cutting", and maintaining the beauty of your design is of the utmost importance. For this reason we create fondant designs so that you should not have to worry about your cake during your reception event. We use a fondant that tastes good and does not harden. We have special equipment to roll our fondant very thin, and your guests will still have their sweet buttercream frosting and only a hint of fondant on their cake.
